Tough Stocking Minis are a snack sized version of the full sized Tough Stocking - our most popular yarn base. Strong without the scratchy feeling, you don't notice the nylon in this yarn. Merino wool is well known for its warmth and elasticity whilst the nylon provides strength. The moderate twist in the yarn means good stitch definition. The perfect yarn for any project: from socks, mittens, hats and gloves to shawls, garments and baby clothes.
Hand dyed yarn is a work of art - no two skeins are the same. We recommend that you order enough yarn to complete your project, and that you alternate skeins every couple of rows to avoid obvious colour differences.
