Shipping policy
PAYMENTS
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars. If you wish to view the price in other popular currencies there is a currency converter at the bottom of the page.
Payments can be made with your preferred method through the following secure gateways at checkout:
- Shopify Payments (processed by Stripe) can process Visa, Mastercard and American Express; Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
- PayPal
- Australian customers can also pay via Electronic Bank Transfer
SHIPPING
Yes, we ship worldwide wherever Australia Post delivers to! All items are ready to ship unless otherwise noted in the product description, and will usually be send within 3 business days of confirmation of payment. Shipping will be calculated at the checkout. If you require an idea of shipping costs and delivery times before checkout then see Australia Post (our postcode is 3820). If you require insurance then please contact me prior to ordering for more information (see also Compensation, below).
Domestic - standard Parcel Post and Express Post options are available at the Australia Post parcel rates; tracking is included. Please note that as I am located in a rural area there is no guarantee that Express is faster that standard Parcel Post. Express Post only applies to the postal speed not the order processing speed.
International - I use Standard shipping via Australia Post. A tracking number is provided but Australia Post tracking is fairly useless outside of Australia. Please use the tracking number in your local postal system tracking. If you are still having trouble tracking your parcel then please contact me.
Whilst I do my best to charge the correct postage I occasionally get it wrong. If this is the case I will refund any excess postage.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Some countries charge customs and duties on imported products - it is the buyer's responsibility to pay these costs. Customs declarations are filled in accurately so please do not ask me to falsify them. Parcels that are refused and returned will be refunded less all shipping costs incurred.
LOST SOMETHING?
Sometimes parcel delivery can be delayed for a number of reasons beyond my control. If your parcel has not been delivered within the expected timeframe please contact us and we'll work through it together.
COMPENSATION
Thankfully I have never had any lost parcels yet *touch wood*
In some cases you may be entitled to up to AUD100 plus postage for lost parcels. If you require insurance for a higher value please contact me for more information prior to ordering. Any compensation provided to me by Australia Post will be forwarded to you.
FREE YARN SAMPLE
Every order will receive a free sample card with dyed samples to showcase some of our yarn bases and colourways.The choice of yarn base and colourways will be at our discretion and subject to availability.
